We offer ladies' only classes, fitness classes for children and adults, one on one personal fitness training and small group sessions by appointment. Women's Self Defense/Fitness Classes
Our Escape Alive Survival Skills self defense program is the leading women's self defense program in Connecticut! We have taught over 150 classes with over 5000 participants since 2009, thanks to our partnership with Jane Doe No More. Our Friday night women's self defense class is a continuation of the Escape Alive program. The class includes light fitness training, striking practice and a different self defense scenario every week! Every Friday, 6-7 pm. No experience necessary. Classes run in 8 week sessions. $99 per person, $175 for 2 people (so bring a friend or family member)

Personal Fitness Training
Focus on your individual goals! ECTS personal fitness training uses a variety of resistance, cardiovascular, flexibility, and endurance training techniques to help you get there...wherever your there is. Price is per session based on number of sessions. By appointment.
